Terms of sale
Last updated: October 14, 2026
This English version is provided for convenience; in case of discrepancy, the French version prevails. Read the French version
These terms govern sales concluded on wiki-tcg.com between Vaxel, sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) (SIRET 822 238 192 00022, 254 rue Vendôme, 69003 Lyon, France, contact@vaxel.fr), hereinafter “the seller”, and any natural person buying for their personal needs, hereinafter “the buyer”. They supplement the terms of use. They are accepted when ordering; the version in force on that day applies, and its date is shown at the top of this page.
1. Offers
Dust
Dust is the game’s currency. It is used to buy packs, special packs and card backs in the shop, to bid and buy in the auction house, to forge cards, and more generally in every game feature that requires it. It is sold in bundles:
| Bundle | Dust credited | Price incl. tax |
|---|---|---|
| Handful | 1,200 | €1.99 |
| Pouch | 3,500 | €4.99 |
| Chest | 8,000 | €9.99 |
| Trove | 16,000 | €18.99 |
| Reserve | 32,000 | €34.99 |
The WikiPass
The WikiPass is the game’s season pass: a free track of 50 levels, open to everyone, and a paid track. Season 1 runs from Monday, September 28, 2026 at 12:00 AM to Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM (Paris time). The following are sold:
| Offer | Content | Price incl. tax |
|---|---|---|
| WikiPass | The season’s paid track, including the rewards of levels already reached. | €4.99 |
| WikiPass + 20 levels | The season’s paid track, plus 20 extra levels. | €9.99 |
| +5 levels | 5 extra levels in the current season. | €1.99 |
| +15 levels | 15 extra levels in the current season. | €4.99 |
These offers are valid for the current season only. They are sold neither outside the season nor when they would no longer add anything: the paid track can be bought once per season, and levels only if they fit below the last one. Rewards obtained remain acquired after the season ends, under the terms of use.
The Tower of Babel
The Tower of Babel is a weekly event, open from Monday to Friday midnight (Paris time). On sale:
| Offer | Content | Price incl. tax |
|---|---|---|
| Tower of Babel Pass | For the current week’s tower: unlimited tries, a second reward track at every tenth floor (including those already climbed) and the premium shelf of the counter. | €2.99 |
| Tower of Babel life refill | 10 lives, which do not expire at midnight and are used after the day’s lives. | €0.99 |
These offers are only sold while the tower is open, and the pass only once a week. The pass is valid until the tower of the week in which it is bought closes.
Sets
A set brings together game items sold as one bundle, for a limited sale period. The following are sold:
| Set | Content | On sale (Paris time) | Price incl. tax |
|---|---|---|---|
| Art the Clown Set | The Clown Suit card back, the Harlequin avatar frame, a numbered full-art card, and 3 × Mythic pack (at least one Mythic). | Monday, October 26, 2026 at 12:00 AM – Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM | €4.99 |
| Dragon Set | The Hoard card back, the Coiled Dragon avatar frame, a numbered full-art card, and 3 × Mythic pack (at least one Mythic). | Monday, November 2, 2026 at 12:00 AM – Monday, November 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM | €4.99 |
| Millionaire Set | The Vault card back, the Banknote Crown avatar frame, a numbered full-art card, and 3 × Mythic pack (at least one Mythic). | Monday, November 9, 2026 at 12:00 AM – Monday, November 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM | €4.99 |
| GTA VI Set | The Bodywork card back, the Neon Lights avatar frame, a numbered full-art card, and 3 × Mythic pack (at least one Mythic). | Monday, November 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM – Monday, November 23, 2026 at 12:00 AM | €4.99 |
A set can be bought only once per account, and only during its sale period. The card back and the avatar frame remain acquired; the packs are placed on the shelf of the Packs tab and open whenever the buyer wishes. A full-art card joins the collection with its copy number, in order of purchase; its print run closes at the end of the sale period. If the purchase is refunded, the card back and the frame are removed, along with any packs not yet opened and the full-art card if the buyer still holds it.
For all offers
- The essential characteristics and price of each offer are presented in the game before ordering.
- No offer is a subscription: each purchase is paid once, with no automatic renewal.
- On the website, purchases are reserved for accounts whose email address is confirmed.
- A minor buyer must have the permission of their legal guardian.
- What is bought in the game with dust (packs, card backs, bids…) is not a sale under these terms: it falls under the terms of use.
2. Prices
Prices include all taxes. Depending on the site’s language, they may be shown in euros or in another currency; the amount charged is the one shown when ordering, in the currency shown. Any exchange fees charged by the buyer’s bank are borne by the buyer. The seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one shown when ordering.
3. Ordering
- The buyer chooses an offer in the shop, in the WikiPass tab or in the Tower of Babel.
- The payment form opens and restates the offer and its price.
- The buyer ticks the box requesting immediate performance of the order and waiving the right of withdrawal (section 6); payment cannot be confirmed without it.
- The buyer confirms the payment. The order is concluded when the payment is accepted.
4. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, a payment service provider, by card or by the other methods offered on screen depending on the currency and country. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe: the seller never has access to them. The bank may require strong authentication (3-D Secure). Payment is charged when ordering; if it is declined, the order is not concluded.
5. Delivery and confirmation
Dust is credited, WikiPass offers are applied and the content of a set is delivered to the buyer’s account as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, normally within seconds. A payment confirmation is emailed to the account’s address: it restates the offer, the price, the request for immediate performance and the waiver of the right of withdrawal. If the credit does not appear within minutes, the buyer writes to contact@vaxel.fr.
6. Right of withdrawal
The buyer normally has fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. Under article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, however, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
Dust, WikiPass offers and sets are digital content supplied as soon as payment is confirmed. Before paying, the buyer ticks a box expressly requesting their immediate supply and expressly waiving the right of withdrawal. This consent is timestamped, kept with the order, and confirmed by the email described in section 5. If the content was not supplied, the buyer is refunded (section 7).
7. Conformity and complaints
The seller supplies digital content that conforms to the contract and is liable for lack of conformity under articles L224-25-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a defect — for example dust, levels or a set’s content not credited — or for any complaint, the buyer writes to contact@vaxel.fr giving their username and the date and amount of the purchase: the defect is corrected, or the purchase is refunded if correction is impossible.
8. Mediation
Under articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the buyer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to settle a dispute with the seller amicably, after first trying to resolve it directly with the seller in writing. The competent mediator’s details are available on request at contact@vaxel.fr.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. They do not deprive the buyer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts; a consumer buyer may choose the court of the place where they lived when the contract was concluded.
10. Personal data
Purchase-related data is processed as described in the privacy policy.
11. Purchases in the iOS app
In the WikiTCG app for iPhone, the offers in section 1 are bought through Apple’s App Store in-app purchase. For these purchases, these terms apply with the following differences:
- The price is the one shown by the App Store at the time of purchase, all taxes included, in the currency of the buyer’s Apple Account; it may differ from the prices listed in section 1.
- Ordering, payment and the receipt go through Apple, under Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions, which also govern the right of withdrawal and refunds: a refund is requested from Apple. The seller never has access to payment details. Sections 3, 4 and 6 do not apply.
- The purchase is delivered to the game account signed in to the app as soon as Apple confirms it; a guest account may buy, and its email address does not need to be confirmed. Sections 5 and 7 apply otherwise: if a purchase does not appear, the buyer taps “Restore purchases” in the shop, or writes to contact@vaxel.fr.
- If Apple refunds a purchase, what it gave is taken back, as for a refund on the website: the dust (the balance may become negative), the WikiPass paid track or levels, the Tower of Babel pass or lives, and the content of a set under the conditions of section 1.
